Plant Diversità

The Plant Diversità is a unique platform to explore the plant species distributed in Eastern Coastal Plain and North-Eastern ghat regions of India. The plants are well adapted to the regions because of prevailing wide ranges of climatic and soil conditions. The region is well known for the two highest mountains peak such as Deomali and Mahendragiri hills situated in Koraput and Gajapati district of Odisha. Attempt has been made to collect, identify and conserve the plant species both in in-situ and ex-situ sites.
